Some casinos don’t let you withdraw using visa I have experienced this before. When they say bank transfer it normally means you have to give them your bank account Iban and swift code and so you have to use the bank transfer method to withdraw not Visa. I hope this helps

I think because every casino was tie up with the third party service providers like customer care team was thirdy party they only say what they read on screen.

Example:

If your are asking 2+2= ? How much..

If they system says 2+2=6 then they tell 6 only...

Personally they know but professional they always says as per our norms only...


Every casino has a possible way to withdraw alternative method insted of deposit method..

They have a right to take approval from the department and transfer to customer preffer method...but they don't encourage it...

In general our balance in player account then players identity will match then what's there problem

Does accept players from the Netherlands through deposits by Kinguin, while this is not allowed by the Dutch Gambling Authority, and strictly forbidden by the licensor (Curacao) to offer their services to Dutch residents. Requested for my deposits of 200 EUR to be refunded, never got a reply. Let's hope that the Dutch Gambling Authority is investigating this matter.

I honestly doubt that the DGA will investigate this matter if the casino is licensed elsewhere. The point is that you should always play only in casinos licensed under DGA because if trouble arises, this jurisdiction can take legal steps. After all, it is the regulator. This does not apply in this case.

Have you already gotten a response from the Duch Gambling Authority saying that it will be investigated, please?

Betbeard is a scam. I opened an account with them and received a sports bonus. Then two days before the expiration date I logged in and couldn't place bets. I went to the live chat and they couldn't tell me why. Later that day I then realized that I was limited to €1 per bet and the problem was that even if I randomly placed bets of €1 on every single sports event for two days I wouldn't be able to meet the wagering requirements because the website didn't have enough sports events per day and when you have a bonus you can only place one bet per event. I then asked them to temporarily lift the limit to at least €5 a bet (their terms and conditions allow for upto €50 a bet if you have a sports bonus) but they said that the traders department said that there was no limit. The agent in the live chat literally said that he "didn't know" why I was unable to place more than €1 a bet and emails sent to support were ignored. (I have screenshots of every conversation in the live chat).


Eventually the bonus expired and I lost all the bonus AND real money. This is a scam. Casinos have a right to limit when there are huge profits or bonus abuse but there wasn't any abuse and the profit wasn't big, and in addition to all that they DENIED limiting me. I literally tried to place bets randomly on every single sports event that day and every single time the bet Max button would only go to €1. What's worse is that the rules of the bonus forbid you to place more than one bet per event. I asked to at least extend the bonus time before expiration by a week or two but they said no. I then complained at askgamblers since they accept sports related complaints but betbeard never responded. I have to say this again: this casino is a scam. Hundreds of euros gone just like that. Stay away.

It sounds more like some technical issue on the casino's side than a scam. Anyway, the user experience is terrible as you described it.

The issue happened just after they had gone through maintenance. I myself suggested that there may have been a technical issue and they said that there wasn't. The fact that they kept gaslighting me, saying that "just bet there's nothing wrong" convinced me that this was a scam. They even started ignoring me on the live chat even though I was always polite and reasonable. As a humble user of the casino guru website I'd urge you to reconsider their "good" rating. This is terrible whether it's a scam or a technical error. Even today just before responding here I logged in just to see if the bet Max button still limits me to €1, and the limitation (which they denied existed) or technical error (which they also denied) was still there, weeks later. If there's a problem then they are intentionally ignoring it. Again, I urge you to look into the casino and give them a lower ratinf if possible. If you want I could submit proof of my correspondence with them. I know that you don't take sports related complaints so I won't file a complaint here but but their bad behavior is too bad to ignore.
