Суть такова, что средства реальные и бонусные находятся вместе на одном балансе, совершая ставки, на реальные средства они переходят в бонусные средства, тем самым реал баланс и бонус суммируются и по окончанию даже при успешном отыйгрыше бонуса на реальный баланс поступила бы максимальная сумма 1785.90 UAH

Когда я выявил не справедливые условия данного бонуса я его хотел отклонить они убрали данную кнопку и сказали либо отыгрывать или же ждать 72 часа пока он не сгорит и только потом будет разморожена сумма реального баланса.

Я в полном недоумении от этой ситуации! Ведь я на данном сайте уже таки не один год и такого ранее не происходило.

Как можно получить бонус и таким образом который целенаправленно минусует мои реальные средства!!!! 

То есть 2039.7UAH - сумма максимального вывода 1785.90 UAH 

Вот разницу они забирают яко бы это нормальное явление + отыгрывать нужно 2977.UAH

Это нормально?? 

Каким образом тогда работает софт, если ты должен отыграть сумму больше общего баланса + потерять часть реальных средств. 

Бонус он на то и бонус что игрок может что то выгадать с него, если успешно отыграть а не так как в данном случае

Получил бонус который при самом успешной отыйгрыше уменьшает мой первоначальный баланс реальный.

Прошу оказать максимальное содействия. Такие псевдо платформы должны быть притянуты до ответственности!!!!

На данном клубе у меня не мало как депозитов так и выводов и таких ситуаций не возникало ранее.

Но судя с того что случилось можно сразу считать то что это заведение занимается МОШЕННИЧЕСТВОМ. 

Я не знаю есть ли у них лицензия и орган контроля но они считают всё что произошло всё справедливо.
