Frumzi Casino - Die Auszahlung an den Spieler verzögert sich

Good evening, I'm filing a complaint simply because I've read some discouraging stories about Frumzi Casino's withdrawal processing times. I hope it helps that I have a high VIP level on their site, complete with a private manager, who promised via email "priority treatment" on withdrawals and much higher limits.

My current limit is €800 per day, every 24 hours. Of the €6,400 I have to withdraw, I already have two pending withdrawals of €800, requested on December 15, 2025 and December 16, 2025. This means my account balance currently stands at €4,800, all of which are to be withdrawn in €800 increments. I'm hoping you can help me speed up the process. Buonasera, apro il reclamo per il semplice fatto che ho letto storie non incoraggianti riguardo le tempistiche di rilascio dei prelievi da parte di Frumzi Casinò. Spero possa aiutare il fatto che sul loro sito ho un livello VIP alto, con tanto di manager privato, il quale via mail aveva promesso un "Trattamento prioritario" sui prelievi e limiti molto più alti.

Al momento il mio limite è 800€ giornalieri, ogni 24h. Dei 6400€ che ho da prelevare, ho già due prelievi da 800€ in sospeso, richiesti il 15/12/2025 e il 16/12/2025, ciò significa che il saldo sul conto è al momento di 4800€, tutti da prelevare a 800€ alla volta. Spero in un aiuto da parte vostra per velocizzare i tempi. In attesa di un riscontro, grazie.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
