BetAlice Casino - Die Auszahlung an den Spieler verzögert sich

I requested the withdrawal of my 50 euro balance from my betalice casino account, but to this day the request remains "under review".

On October 15, 2025, I received an email from employee Luísa (BetAlice) confirming that my withdrawal "is in the final stages of processing by the Finance Department". However, so far I haven't received the money or any additional updates.

Support just keeps repeating the same message ("it's under analysis / final stage"), without indicating any specific deadlines.

I ask for Casino.Guru's help in mediating this case and ensuring that BetAlice complies with the payment, as I have met all the conditions of the account and the verification.

Solicitei o levantamento do meu saldo de 50 euros da minha conta betalice casino, mas até hoje o pedido permanece "em revisão".

No dia 15 de outubro de 2025, recebi um e-mail da funcionária Luísa (BetAlice) a confirmar que o meu levantamento "está na fase final de processamento pelo Departamento Financeiro". No entanto, até agora não recebi o dinheiro nem qualquer atualização adicional.

O suporte limita-se a repetir a mesma mensagem ("está em análise / fase final"), sem indicar prazos concretos.

Peço ajuda do Casino.Guru para mediar este caso e garantir que o BetAlice cumpra com o pagamento, já que cumpri todas as condições da conta e da verificação.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
