Hi, on July 26th I won €1,500. On July 27th I made my first withdrawal request for €500, followed by two more requests on July 28th and 29th for €500 each. Today, it's August 10th, and I still haven't received any funds. I contacted their customer service, and they keep saying there are delays and not to worry, but unfortunately, I'm starting to get suspicious. What can I do?

Salve il 26 luglio ho fatto una vincita di 1500 euro, il 27 luglio ho fatto la prima richiesta di prelievo da 500 poi a seguire sia il 28 che il 29 luglio sempre 2 richieste di importo pari a 500 ciascuno. Oggi siamo al 10 agosto e non ho ancora ricevuto nessun accredito. Ho domandato al loro servizio clienti e continuano a dire che ci sono ritardi e di non preoccuparsi, ma inizio a non fidarmi purtroppo. Come posso fare?
