Am Freitag hatte ich immer noch nichts und ich bemerkte, dass ich Freispiele hatte, also sagte der Roboteragent, ja, du hast wirklich Spaß, ich ging, um sie zu benutzen, bemerkte aber, dass meine Gewinne zurückgingen, also fragte ich warum und sie sagte, nun, du musst abheben vollständig sein. Warum hast du das am Anfang nicht wie WTF gesagt? Also hat es mich wieder zurückgezogen, jetzt warte ich noch 3 Tage. Ich spreche dann mit einem anderen Roboter und sie sagen, dass Sie Ihre Dokumente zur Überprüfung haben sollten, aber sie sind nicht notwendig. Ich habe sie trotzdem hochgeladen und heute am Montag sagen sie, dass das nicht gut genug ist. Wir heben uns wieder ab und verwenden eine Karte, die ich eine Woche zuvor verwendet habe. Ich werde mich wehren und rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Dann bekomme ich eine Antwort vom Casino-Platz, in der ich gefragt werde, ob ich eine Beschwerde bei Guru eingereicht habe, aber sie haben auf dem Guru-Platz geantwortet. Macht keinen Sinn
I would never reccommend this site to anyone. I first did my withdrawl a week ago from today. By friday I still had nothing and I noticed that I had free spins so the robot agent said yes you sure do have fun, I went to use them but noticed my winnings were going down so I asked why and she said well you withdrawl has to be complete. Why didnt you say that in the beginnig like WTF. So it made me withdrawl again now I am waiting 3 more days. I then speak to another robot and they say well you should have your documents for verification but they are not nessecary. I still uploaded them and now today on monday they are saying tha is not good enough. Making we withdrawl again and use some card that I used a week prior. I am getting the run around and will take legal action. Then I get response from the casino place asking if I made a complaint on guru but they responded on the guru place . Makes no sense
